On Removal of Recordkeeping of the “Abovyan” Branch and “Zeytoun” Branch of “Telcell” Open Joint-Stock Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(‘ki’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and In view of the requirements laid down in Article 21(5)(‘a’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Considering the letter of request, dated August 7, 2026, by “Telcell” Open Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 38, dated August 12, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Remove recordkeeping of the “Abovyan” Branch and “Zeytoun” Branch of “Telcell” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Telcell” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Telcell” OJSC.
