Removal of Recordkeeping of the Abovyan Branch and Zeytoun Branch of Telcell Open Joint-Stock Company
Recordkeeping for the "Abovyan" Branch and "Zeytoun" Branch of "Telcell" Open Joint-Stock Company is removed by a Board Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The resolution takes effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by "Telcell" OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of "Telcell" OJSC.
