RESOLUTION ASFI/541/2019 OF JUNE 26, 2019

Gentlemen:

For its application and strict compliance, attached hereto is Resolution ASFI/541/2019 of June 26, 2019, through which Financial Intermediation Entities are instructed to attend to and analyze requests for the restructuring of credit operations from borrowers affected by losses in agricultural production, caused primarily by adverse climatic factors, in the Municipality of Monteagudo of the Hernando Siles Province in the department of Chuquisaca, with the purpose of conducting an individual evaluation and defining in each case the appropriateness of carrying out the corresponding restructurings, which adjust to the current situation of each debtor.

Likewise, it establishes that Financial Intermediation Entities, during the years 2019 and 2020, must submit to the Financial System Supervisory Authority, by the fifth business day of each month, reports of information regarding restructurings of cases considered favorably, as well as those dismissed, based on the criteria determined in Circular Letter ASFI/DNP/CC-5895/2019 of June 5, 2019; as well as the possibility for Financial Intermediation Entities to evaluate other solutions for affected debtors, within the framework of a genuine will of solidarity assistance.
