Financial Intermediation Entities must evaluate and determine the appropriateness of restructuring credit operations for borrowers in the Municipality of Monteagudo affected by agricultural losses due to adverse climatic factors. These entities are required to submit monthly reports on approved and dismissed restructuring cases to the Financial System Supervisory Authority by the fifth business day of each month during 2019 and 2020. The directive mandates individual evaluations based on current debtor situations and allows for alternative solutions within a framework of solidarity assistance.
