HAVING SEEN: File No. 2026023003 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1062-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision of the Superintendence of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING: That, through documents submitted by July 10, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendence of the Securities Market – SMV to register modifications to the mutual investment fund program named "Cupón Memoria Soles";

That, these modifications refer to the objective and investment policy of the aforementioned program;

That, to date, there are no mutual investment funds registered under the "Cupón Memoria Soles" program, and therefore it has no participants;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos complies with the provisions of: (i) Articles 45-E and 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrating Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1062-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES: Article 1°.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the mutual investment fund program named "Cupón Memoria Soles", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2°.- The modifications to the program referred to in the preceding Article 1 enter into force on July 13, 2026.

Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4°.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos.
