The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Resolution of the General Directorate of Research and Innovation No. 001-2023-SMV/12.1 Lima, July 11, 2023 The General Superintendent of Research and Innovation HAVING SEEN: File No. 2023019041, regarding the request for authorization to organize a society administrator of a participatory financial financing platform, whose name will be PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A., as well as Report No. 987-2023-SMV/12.1 of July 10, 2023; CONSIDERING: That, by writing dated April 27, 2023, Mr. Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C., requested authorization for the organization of a society administrator of a participatory financial financing platform that will be named PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A., being able to use the abbreviated name PRESTÓPOLIS PFPF S.A.; That, according to the information presented, the organizers mentioned in the preceding paragraph will have a shareholding participation of 0.831% and 99.169%, respectively, in the social capital of PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it is evident that the organizers of PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A. have met the requirements for obtaining the organizational authorization established in articles 7 and 8 of the Regulation of the Activity of Participatory Financial Financing and its Administrator Societies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 045-2021-SMV/02 (hereinafter, Regulation), as developed in Report No. 987-2023-SMV/12.1 of the General Directorate of Research and Innovation; That, likewise, since no objections have been presented regarding the organization of the aforementioned Society Administrator of Participatory Financial Financing Platform nor regarding the persons who organized it, within the period established by article 8 of the Regulation, it corresponds to grant the requested authorization;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with what is established by Title IV of Urgency Decree No. 013-2020, through which the Executive Power approved measures that promote the financing of SMEs, Entrepreneurships, and Startups; in Chapter I of Title II of the Regulation; as well as what is established in numeral i), of clause 11, of article 53° of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES: Article 1°.- Grant to Mr. Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and to Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C., the organizational authorization of a society administrator of a participatory financial financing platform that will be named PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.. Article 2°.- The organizational authorization referred to in the preceding article will have an unextendable validity of one (01) year from its notification to the organizers. Article 3°.- This resolution does not authorize PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A. to carry out the activity of participatory financial financing. For this, it must previously obtain the respective operational authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence. Article 4°.- This resolution must be published in the Official Gazette El Peruano within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days. Article 5°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 6°.- Notify this resolution to Mr. Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and to Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C., in their capacity as organizers. Register, communicate, and publish.
