Resolution of the General Directorate of Research and Innovation No. 001-2023
The resolution grants organizational authorization to Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C. to establish PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A., a platform administrator for participatory financial financing. This authorization is valid for one year from notification and does not permit the entity to conduct financing activities until it obtains separate operational authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence.
