The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Resolution of the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision Nº 082-2026-SMV/10.2 Lima, May 07, 2026 The General Superintendent of Entity Supervision HAVING SEEN: File Nº 2026009876 presented by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and Report Nº 698-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision; WHEREAS: That, by Resolution of the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision Nº 120-2024-SMV/10.2 of September 13, 2024, the registration of the investment fund called “Coril Retail Soles 3 - Investment Fund”, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulations, under the General Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, was ordered; That, compliance with article 120, literal c) of the Regulations for Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution N° 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified; for which reason it is appropriate to exclude the investment fund by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as detailed in Report Nº 698-2026-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree Nº 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund called “Coril Retail Soles 3 - Investment Fund” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv) Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
