Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 to update the regulatory framework for handling securities offences. These regulations amend Regulation 3(1) to require that the list of composition offences be published on the Authority's website rather than in a statutory schedule. Additionally, the existing Schedule to the original regulations is formally deleted to align with this change in publication method.
