The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Regional Institución Financiera de Desarrollo (CIDRE IFD) to participate in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) effective December 1, 2016. The entity is assigned participant code 1001 and reserve account 7744, and participants are required to update their internal IT systems to configure these details for processing and receiving electronic transfers.

FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL ENTITIES TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM (LIP) SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE REGIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR DEVELOPMENT – CIDRE IFD IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the Regional Research and Development Center Financial Institution for Development CIDRE IFD has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in the Regulation, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of December 1, 2016, it is authorized as a participant and its account is approved for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
