TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM (LIP) SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE REGIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR DEVELOPMENT – CIDRE IFD IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the Regional Research and Development Center Financial Institution for Development CIDRE IFD has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in the Regulation, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of December 1, 2016, it is authorized as a participant and its account is approved for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:

Code	: 1001
Reserve Account	: 7744 – CIDRE - IFD - Reserve Account

Participants are requested to take this information into account to configure the CIDRE IFD data in their respective IT developments.
