The Central Bank of Bolivia adds operations for the settlement of ATC via the LIP and direct securities sales to the Integrated Payment Liquidation System, effective December 1, 2014. The circular defines specific operational codes (E09, E12, E13, E14, E26, M04, M04T) and their corresponding execution windows for financial entities and ATCs. These modifications are incorporated into the Operational and IT Guide of the LIP System (v.1.0).

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies participants of the LIP System that, starting December 1, operations related to the settlement of ATC via the LIP and the direct sale of securities are added as follows:
