The Central Bank of Bolivia introduces a new LIP operation code E35 for transfers to beneficiaries for securities settlement, allowing brokerage agencies to transfer funds between accounts in the same currency with structured instructions for end-user appropriation on the same day. All transfers executed under this operation must be applied to the final beneficiaries' accounts on the day of the transaction. Brokerage agencies participating in the LIP system are required to add this operation to their valid digital certificates.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants of the LIP System that, effective immediately, the operation of transfers to beneficiaries for securities settlement performed by Brokerage Agencies is included, with the following characteristics:

| Transfer of funds from accounts of a Brokerage Agency to accounts of another entity authorized by the BCB, for the concept of securities settlement in the same monetary denomination, which includes structured information fields with instructions for the appropriation of funds in end-user accounts of the destination entities, for application on the same date as the transfer. | From 08:30 to 18:00 |
In order to facilitate the securities settlement operation, all transfers through this operation must be applied to the accounts of the final beneficiaries on the day of their execution. Likewise, Brokerage Agencies must request the addition of the aforementioned operation to their valid digital certificates.
