SGDB No. 053/2015: Update of the Electronic Transactions, Checks, and ATM Information Capture System (CIEC)
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires financial entities to submit daily historical transaction data covering the period from January 1, 2013, to September 30, 2015, using the updated CIEC system version 1.01. This historical information must be transmitted in a single file by November 30, 2015. The updated system and operational guide are available on the ASFI Supernet, with technical inquiries directed to sistemadepagos@bcb.gob.bo.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs financial entities that it has developed an update to the Electronic Transactions, Checks, and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Information Capture System (CIEC) that incorporates the loading of historical information into a single file.
This update and the updated Operational Guide are available on the Supernet of the Financial System Supervision Authority – ASFI.
In this regard, in accordance with what is established in External Circular SGDB No. 042/2015 dated July 23, 2015, the daily historical information comprised between January 1, 2013, and September 30, 2015, must be submitted by financial entities by November 30 of the current management period.
Finally, any inquiries, observations, and/or comments related to the CIEC will be received at the following electronic address: sistemadepagos@bcb.gob.bo.
