Mnangagwa that COVID - 19 is a national disaster and the subsequent effecting of a 21 day lockdown period effective 30 March 2020, the Securities and Exchange Commission hereby extends the deadline for submission of audited financial statements and quarterly returns to the following : Reports Type Old Submission Due Date New Submission Due Date Audited Financial Statements 31 March 2020 31st May 2020 Quarterly Returns 14 April 2020 15th May 2020 The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe is closed to all outside visitors during the national lockdown. We therefore encourage our stakeholders to interact with us through email and social media platforms. Skeletal staff is manning the office, therefore the SECZ reception is closed during this period.
