1. In June 2026, a monthly inflation rate of 0.23 percent was recorded, and 4.01 percent over the last 12 months. Inflation excluding food and energy -SAE- was 4.46 percent year-on-year, and SAE excluding transport services was 1.56 percent year-on-year. BCRPData/NEINF20266G1

2. The main upward contributions to monthly inflation were fresh fish, meals outside the home, other fresh fruits, and papaya, while chicken meat, vehicle fuels, potatoes, and fresh legumes contributed to the decrease. BCRPData/NEINF20266C1

Main price increases of the month • Maritime fresh fish (26.0 percent): The result was explained by the higher price of bonito (48.7 percent), due to lower supply in June compared to the May average (-59.2 percent). Mackerel also experienced a price increase (18.1 percent) following lower arrivals at fishing terminals in the last week of June (-43.3 percent compared to the third week of June). This occurred due to the occurrence of anomalous swells that led to the closure of ports, mainly in the central and northern coast during the first half of the month, and in the southern zone in the last seven days.

• Meals outside the home (0.4 percent): The main price increases were recorded in restaurant menus (0.5 percent), breakfast in restaurants (0.9 percent), chaufa rice and pork chicharrón (0.6 percent each), chicken milanesa (0.5 percent), grilled chickens (0.4 percent), and pizzas (0.2 percent). In June, demand for this service likely increased due to Father's Day celebrations, the long weekend for the Feast of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, as well as the start of the 2026 Football World Cup from the second week of the month. • Other fresh fruits (7.8 percent): This mainly reflected the higher price of mango (27.2 percent), due to the end of the seasonal harvest in Ancash. This was partially compensated by the lower price of blueberries (-16.5 percent) due to higher arrivals from the departments of Lambayeque and La Libertad compared to the previous month (123.6 percent). • Papaya (14.0 percent): This reflected lower supply due to adverse weather conditions. Supply from Ucayali, San Martín, and Madre de Dios decreased 7.7 percent compared to May. In these regions, rainfall intensified in the low jungle and river flows increased in June, causing crop losses and difficulties in road transport. • Egg (4.5 percent): The higher price occurred in an environment where temperatures on the coast remained high and at levels similar to May. Additionally, demand pressures arose from provinces due to the Inti Raymi and San Juan Festival celebrations. • Banana (6.9 percent): The price of seda (7.8 percent) and isla (6.2 percent) varieties increased. The supply of seda banana from Piura and Junín decreased 6.2 percent compared to May due to the seasonal end of harvests in both departments. The arrival of isla banana also decreased seasonally compared to May (-3.2 percent).

Main price decreases of the month • Chicken meat (-5.2 percent): The price is explained by higher supply in the month due to higher placement of baby chickens in May (2.5 percent year-on-year growth). Additionally, demand appeared less dynamic, as the average weight of chicken grew 0.9 percent in June compared to the May average. • Vehicle fuels (-5.7 percent): The decrease in the average price of gasohols (-6.4 percent) reflected the reduction in international parity price (-14.0 percent), which was passed on to the refinery level (-12.8 percent). However, the lower refinery price was partially compensated by the increase in the gas station margin (22.6 percent).

• Potato (-6.0 percent): Prices of white and yellow potatoes decreased (-7.1 and -3.9 percent, respectively). This was explained by the large campaign in the Central Sierra. In June, the supply of white potato from Junín and Ayacucho increased 6.9 percent compared to May. Additionally, shipments of yellow potato from Huánuco grew 9.5 percent compared to the previous month. • Rents (-0.4 percent): The price of rents in soles decreased due to the lower average exchange rate of June. • Onion (-4.6 percent): An increase in supply was recorded from Ica and Lima (45.2 percent compared to May), due to the seasonal arrival of harvests, as well as higher sowing between January and February. • National air transport (-5.7 percent): The result was influenced mainly by the lower price of fuels. In June, the WTI oil quote decreased around 20 percent compared to May.

Evolution of year-on-year inflation to June 3. The year-on-year inflation of June (4.01 percent) was higher than that of May (3.91 percent). The result responds mainly to the increase in fresh fish (from -0.3 to 18.3 percent) and eggs (from -11.7 to -1.3 percent). BCRPData/NEINF20266G2

4. In June, inflation excluding food and energy -SAE- was 0.08 percent in the month and 4.46 percent in the last twelve months (4.44 percent in May). The result reflected the acceleration of international air transport year-on-year (from 8.7 to 10.4 percent). SAE excluding transport was 0.10 percent in the month and 1.56 percent year-on-year.

5. The prices of SAE goods registered a year-on-year variation of 0.72 percent in June, higher than that observed in May (0.67 percent). Among the items that contributed to a greater variation stand out telephonic equipment (from 4.5 to 5.9 percent), medicines (from 0.4 to 0.7 percent), and household furniture (from 2.7 to 3.5 percent). 6. Services registered a year-on-year price variation of 6.14 percent in June, equal to that observed in May. Among the items that contributed to a greater variation stand out national land transport (from 4.8 to 9.5 percent), international air transport (from 8.7 to 10.3 percent), and domestic services (from 5.2 to 5.6 percent). These increases were compensated by smaller increases in cultural services (from 2.0 to 1.8 percent) and rents (from 0.3 to 0.1 percent).

9. In June, tradable products registered a year-on-year variation of 1.70 percent (1.88 percent in May) and non-tradables of 5.02 percent (4.79 percent in May). In the case of tradables, it reflects the deceleration of vehicle fuel and other fresh fruit prices. In the case of non-tradables, it reflects the acceleration of fresh fish, eggs, and leaves or stems prices.

BCRPData/NEINF20266G6 Dispersion indices 10. In June, the IPC dispersion index reached 35.6 percent, lower than that observed in May (36.2 percent). This index has been decreasing since February 2023, the month in which it reached 76 percent. Between January 2001 and June 2026, the value of the dispersion index, considering only the months in which inflation was around 2.0 percent, was 27 percent.

11. The distribution of year-on-year price variations at the item level in the IPC basket shows less dispersion compared to the previous month. This is reflected in the reduction of the 95th percentile and the increase of the 5th percentile. Additionally, the 75th, 50th, and 25th percentiles increased.
