As per instructions given in the FEID Circular Letter No. 02/2010 dated 23/11/2010, information about earned and repatriated commission of permitted local agent individuals and organizations under Section 18A of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 needs to be submitted in Annexure-Ka when applying for renewal of permission or inclusion of new principal(s) of the aforementioned local agents. As of now the new format of the above mentioned ‘Annexure-Ka’ is circulated with partial modification. The new format of earned and repatriated commission statement ‘Annexure-Ka’ should be submitted when applying for renewal of permission or inclusion of new principal(s) of local agent individuals and organizations from now onwards.
