Submission of Quarterly Commission Statement by Local Agent-Individuals/Institutions Under Section 18A of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 in Revised Annexure-Ka
A revised format for Annexure-Ka is introduced for the submission of quarterly earned and repatriated commission statements by permitted local agent individuals and organizations under Section 18A of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947. Authorized Dealers must use this new format when processing applications for the renewal of permission or the inclusion of new principal(s) for these agents. All other instructions from the preceding circular dated 23 November 2010 remain unchanged.
