The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Superintendent Resolution No. 006-2026-SMV/02 Lima, January 19, 2026 The Superintendent of the Securities Market HAVING SEEN: File 2026000834 and Report No. 75-2026-SMV/07 of the Planning, Management and Integrity Office; CONSIDERING: That, through Article 1 of Superintendent Resolution No. 003-2026-SMV/02 of January 13, 2026, the incorporation of additional public income into the Institutional Budget of Pliego 058 Superintendence of the Securities Market for fiscal year 2026 was authorized, in the amount of S/ 10,039,634, from the financing source Directly Collected Resources, with which the Modified Institutional Budget for fiscal year 2026 (MIB 2026) amounts to S/ 125,197,885; That, it is necessary to modify the codifications of the Incomes, as well as the codification of the Financing Source – Directly Collected Resources both in Incomes and Expenditures, both detailed in Article 1 of Superintendent Resolution No. 003-2026-SMV/02, in accordance with what is stated in the current budget classifiers. Likewise, it corresponds to eliminate the reference to the term Product within the budget categories, insofar as the SMV does not have Budget Programs; and, In accordance with what is provided in letter g) of Article 5 of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV), approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, as well as to the delegation of powers agreed upon by the SMV Board of Directors in its session of January 7, 2026; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Object Modify the detail of the Incomes and Expenditures contained in Article 1 of Superintendent Resolution No. 003-2026-SMV/02 of January 13, 2026, which are now drafted as follows:
