The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency terminates the supervisory condition imposed in writing on December 20, 2019, which required BOKF, N.A. to apply a multiplier of 4 to its internal value-at-risk model and stressed value-at-risk for calculating general market risk capital requirements for covered positions under 12 CFR Part 3, subpart F. This termination is effective as of October 17, 2024, as the condition is no longer warranted.
