Supreme Decree No. 063-2021-PCM, which approves the regulation, aims to develop the institutional framework governing the Regulatory Quality Improvement process; as well as to establish general guidelines for the application of Ex-Ante Regulatory Impact Analysis and other instruments that ensure the suitability and quality of the content of regulatory interventions, within the framework of what is provided for in Legislative Decree No. 1448, Legislative Decree that modifies Article 2 of Legislative Decree No. 1310, Legislative Decree that approves additional measures for Administrative Simplification, and Refines the Institutional Framework and the Instruments governing the Regulatory Quality Improvement Process.
