Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2018
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued the Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2018 to update the Trust Companies Regulations. These regulations amend Regulation 24(1) by replacing references to a physical schedule with a link to the Authority's website. Additionally, the Schedule to the Trust Companies Regulations is deleted entirely, with the changes taking effect on 14 August 2018.

- These Regulations are the Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 14 August 2018. Amendment of regulation 24
- Regulation 24(1) of the Trust Companies Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “in the Schedule” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “on the Authority’s website at http://www.mas.gov.sg”. Deletion of Schedule
