Withdrawal of Obsolete Bulletins

The Vermont Department of Financial Regulation has withdrawn nineteen obsolete or superseded insurance bulletins, declaring them of no further force and effect. These affected publications, which previously addressed topics ranging from maternity coverage and telemedicine to legislative updates and rate filings, are rendered ineffective due to changed circumstances or subsequent statutory law. The following Bulletins are therefore withdrawn and declared of no further force and effect as of the effective date of this Bulletin.
