Working Capital Loan Guidelines, 2079 (Effective Date: 2079/07/01) – What Happens if Existing Working Capital Loans Do Not Comply with the Provisions of the Said Guidelines?
For loans disbursed prior to the implementation of the guidelines, mandatory adjustments must be made to ensure compliance during periodic review or renewal. When applying these adjustments, any loan amount exceeding the specified limit must be repaid in a phased manner by the end of Asar 2082.
