The National Banking and Securities Commission declares September 19 through 21, 2017, as non-working days for the purpose of official acts or proceedings pending before the Commission. This suspension applies to entities and persons subject to the Commission's supervision to avoid affecting financial institutions due to the earthquake registered on September 19, 2017. While the Commission's staff continues to work normally, these dates are considered inhábil for procedural purposes.

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFICIAL ACTS OR PROCEEDINGS

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFICIAL ACTS OR PROCEEDINGS
TO THE AUTHORITIES, ENTITIES, AND PERSONS SUBJECT TO THE SUPERVISION OF THIS COMMISSION AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Based on Article 16, Section I of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, and in terms of what is provided for in Article 4 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law and other applicable legal provisions, and considering the earthquake registered on September 19 of the current year, the following is communicated:
SINGLE.- In accordance with what was communicated by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, the Bank of Mexico, and the National Banking and Securities Commission on this same date, the personnel of this decentralized body continue to carry out their work in a habitual manner.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in order to avoid affecting financial entities and other persons subject to the supervision of the Commission, for the purposes of the official acts or proceedings of the procedures that are being processed or should be processed before it, and in accordance with the respective legal provisions, the days from September 19 to 21, 2017, are considered non-working days.
