Agreement Communicating the Days on Which the National Banking and Securities Commission Will Suspend Operations for Official Acts
The National Banking and Securities Commission declares September 19 through 21, 2017, as non-working days for the purpose of official acts or proceedings pending before the Commission. This suspension applies to entities and persons subject to the Commission's supervision to avoid affecting financial institutions due to the earthquake registered on September 19, 2017. While the Commission's staff continues to work normally, these dates are considered inhábil for procedural purposes.
