Amendments to the Crypto-Asset Module

Licensees and applicants for crypto-asset services must not market services or use restricted names without CBB approval. Category 1, 2, and 3 licensees must not operate exchanges or deal as principals (except Category 3), must not hold client assets (except Categories 2 and 3), and must not execute orders against proprietary capital.
