BRPD Circular Letter No. 06: Name change of Modhumoti Bank Ltd to Modhumoti Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of Modhumoti Bank Ltd to Modhumoti Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective Sunday, 28 January 2024, pursuant to Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. This circular serves to notify all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh of the change and includes a copy of the gazette notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(64)/2024-839 issued on the same date for necessary action.
