BRPD Circular Letter No. 22: Name change of Uttara Bank Limited to Uttara Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank officially changed the name of Uttara Bank Limited to Uttara Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 19 Asharh 1430 (July 3, 2023), pursuant to Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. A copy of the notification number BRPD(LS-1)/745(11)/2023-5118 issued on July 3, 2023, is attached for the information and necessary action of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
