BRPD Circular Letter No. 42: Name change of NRB Bank Limited to NRB Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank officially changed the name of 'NRB Bank Limited' to 'NRB Bank PLC' in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 10 September 2024, in accordance with Rule 11K(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. The circular directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to take necessary action based on the attached notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(61)/2024-8036 issued on the same date.
