BRPD Circular Letter No. 45: Name change of Trust Bank Limited to Trust Bank PLC
The Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of Trust Bank Limited to Trust Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 21 October 2024. This change was made in accordance with Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. A copy of the notification bearing Serial Number BRPD(LS-1)/745(48)/2024-9286 is attached for the information and necessary action of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
