In accordance with Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited' to 'Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC.' (in English: Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC) in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 28 Kartik 1430 corresponding to 13 November 2023.
