In accordance with Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Mutual Trust Bank Limited' to 'Mutual Trust Bank PLC.' (in English: Mutual Trust Bank PLC.) in the list of scheduled banks, effective Tuesday, 14 November 2023, dated 29 Kartik 1430.
