In accordance with Rule 11K(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Meghna Bank Ltd' to 'Meghna Bank PLC.' (in English: Meghna Bank PLC.) in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 20 November 2023, corresponding to 05 Agrahayan 1430.
