STATE BANK ACTIVITY

Acquisition and Merger

On February 19, 2019, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. , a Delaware corporation and bank holding company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, filed an acquisition statement and application pursuant to Sections 36a-184 and 36a-411 of the Connecticut General Statutes to acquire SI Financial Group, Inc. , a bank holding company headquartered in Willimantic, Connecticut. Also on February 19, 2019, Berkshire Bank , a Massachusetts trust company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. , filed an application pursuant to Section 36a-412 of the Connecticut General Statutes for the merger of Savings Institute Bank and Trust Company , a Connecticut bank headquartered in Willimantic, Connecticut and wholly-owned subsidiary of SI Financial Group, Inc. , with and into Berkshire Bank .

STATE CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY

Field of Membership Amendment

On February 15, 2019, American Eagle Financial Credit Union, Inc. , East Hartford, Connecticut, a Connecticut credit union, filed a request for approval to amend its bylaws pursuant to Section 36a-437a(h)(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes, to expand its field of membership to include Hampden County, Massachusetts.
