Changes to Policy Statement to Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices

The Canadian Securities Administrators amended the Policy Statement to Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices. The revision corrects a French text error in paragraph (1) by replacing "elle fixe les normes" with "il fixe les normes". Additionally, the amendment repeals section 9.1 of the Policy Statement.

CHANGES TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 81-105 RESPECTING MUTUAL FUND SALES PRACTICES

1. Policy Statement to Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices is amended by replacing “elle fixe les normes”, in the French text of paragraph (1), by “il fixe les normes”.
2. The Policy Statement is amended by repealing section 9.1.
