CIEX No. 36/2021: Authorization of Crédito con Educación Rural IFD as a Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Crédito con Educación Rural Institución Financiera de Desarrollo (ICR) to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective October 11, 2021. This authorization permits ICR to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD using participant code MLD27003. Participants are instructed to consult the public key of all enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.
