The Central Bank of Jordan mandates licensed banks to submit annual employee statistics, including headcounts by nationality and gender, employee composition by educational qualifications, and names of non-Jordanian staff. This requirement applies to data as of the end of 2018 and must be submitted no later than the end of January of each year. The directive repeals Circular No. (10/2/8568) dated 9/7/2015.

Circular to Licensed Banks
Greetings,
Based on the provisions of Article (44/A) of the Central Bank of Jordan Law No. (23) of 1971, please ensure the provision of the following data to the Central Bank of Jordan annually, no later than the end of January of each year, according to the attached table:
This circular is effective from the data as of the end of 2018, and Circular No. (10/2/8568) dated 9/7/2015 is repealed.
