Circular No. 10/4/13822 Regarding the Adoption of Civil Status and Passports Department ID Cards for Children of Jordanian Women Married to Non-Jordanians
The Central Bank of Jordan transmits Official Circular No. 14 of 2018, issued by the Prime Minister's Office, which mandates all ministries, official departments, public institutions, and private sector entities to accept the identification card issued by the Civil Status and Passports Department as an official document for proving the identity of children of Jordanian women married to non-Jordanians. This requirement implements Cabinet Decision No. 1112 dated September 10, 2018, and the amended instructions published in the Official Gazette on September 17, 2018.
