Circular to Licensed Exchange Companies Regarding Periodic Statistical Statements Forms
The Central Bank of Jordan requires all licensed exchange companies to strictly adhere to the submission of periodic statistical statements (monthly/quarterly). These statements must be provided no later than the tenth day following the end of the period for which they are prepared. Failure to comply will result in the application of procedures and penalties as stipulated in the effective Exchange Business Law.
