Circular to Licensed Exchange Companies

Greetings,

In line with the Central Bank of Jordan's commitment to enhancing the principles of transparency and fairness in the dealings of exchange companies with their customers, aiming to achieve the best interests of customers at all stages of interaction, and given the positive impacts this will have on the financial sector, and based on the provisions of Clause (Z) of Article (5) of the Instructions on Internal Procedures for Dealing with Customer Complaints of Financial and Banking Service Providers No. (1/2017) dated 28/8/2017.

Please provide us with information regarding the contact person with the Central Bank of Jordan and their substitute, according to the attached form, within two weeks from the date of this circular, under penalty of taking any sanctions or measures in accordance with the provisions of Clause (A) of Article (19) of the aforementioned Instructions.
