Adjusts rules of Section 2 (Beneficiaries) of Chapter 1 (Preliminary Provisions), of Table 2 of Section 6 (National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture – Pronaf) of Chapter 7 (Financial Charges and Credit Limits), and of Section 7 (Program for Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Agriculture – ABC Program) of Chapter 11 (Programs with BNDES Resources) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR).
The Central Bank of Brazil, under the terms of Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on August 26, 2021, according to Arts. 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829, of November 5, 1965, and § 3 of Art. 3 of Law No. 11,326, of July 24, 2006,
R E S O L V E D:
Art.
1º Section 2 (Beneficiaries) of Chapter 1 (Preliminary Provisions) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) shall be in effect with the following alteration:

2º Table 2 (Credit Limits for Financing under the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture – Pronaf), of Section 6 (National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture – Pronaf) of Chapter 7 (Financial Charges and Credit Limits) of the MCR shall be in effect with the following alterations:
