CMN Resolution No. 5122 amends Section 1 of Chapter 10 of the Manual of Rural Credit (MCR) to establish specific deadlines for borrowers to request debt renegotiation for Pronaf operations funded by constitutional funds. The amendment sets a 30-day window for BNDES-backed operations, a 120-day window for operations funded by FNO, FCO, and FNE, and a 60-day window for other cases, requiring formalization within 90 days of the request. If these specific deadlines are missed, renegotiation may proceed under the general provisions of MCR sections 2-6-7, 2-6-8, and 2-6-9.
