COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2022/1407

of 16 August 2022

correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2382 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to standard forms, templates and procedures for the transmission of information in accordance with Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Directive 2002/92/EC and Directive 2011/61/EU ( 1 ) , and in particular Article 34(9) and Article 35(12) thereof,

Whereas:

The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2382 ( 2 ) contain errors in Annex VI, part 2, section ‘Systems & Controls’, point 3 and in Annex VII, part 2, section ‘Systems & Controls’, point 3, as regards the particular information that operators need to notify under the concerned provisions.

The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2382 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

(Does not concern the English language.)

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
