Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1407 correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2382
The European Commission corrects errors in the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish, and Swedish language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2382. The corrections specifically address Annex VI and Annex VII regarding the information operators must notify under the 'Systems & Controls' sections. This regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
