Decision of the Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova No 38 of 26 February 2026 on the Amendment of Decision No 111/2018 Regarding the Regulation on Banks' Credit Risk Treatment Using a Standardised Approach
The Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova issued Decision No 38 on February 26, 2026, to amend its earlier Decision No 111/2018. This amendment concerns the Regulation on the treatment of banks’ credit risk using a standardised approach. The changes are effective from July 1, 2027, with specific items 1.5.8, 1.54, and 1.68 taking effect on January 1, 2028.
