DECISION

On Issuing Regulations for Reviewing Securities Registration for Public Offering; Listing Approval; and Licensing of Securities Business and Services

CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 144/2003/ND-CP dated November 28, 2003, on securities and the securities market;

At the proposal of the Head of the Legal Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue along with this Decision the Regulations for Reviewing Securities Registration for Public Offering; Listing Approval; and Licensing of Securities Business and Services.

Article 2.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 126/QĐ-UBCK dated May 11, 2004, of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission.

Article 3.

The Chief of the Office, the Head of the Legal Department, the Head of the Securities Issuance Management Department, the Head of the Securities Business Management Department, the Chief Inspector, and the heads of relevant units under the State Securities Commission are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
