Decision on Issuing Regulations for Reviewing Securities Registration for Public Offering; Listing Approval; and Licensing of Securities Business and Services
The Chairman of the State Securities Commission issued Decision 313/QĐ-UBCK to formally adopt the regulations governing the review of public securities offerings, listing approvals, and licensing of securities business activities. This decision became effective on the date of signing and officially replaced the previous Decision No. 126/QĐ-UBCK dated May 11, 2004. The Office Chief, Head of the Legal Department, and heads of relevant management units are mandated to ensure the implementation of these new regulatory requirements.
