Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of JSC CAHINDMONTAJ

The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 19/6 on April 8, 2025, to register the additional share issuance of JSC CAHINDMONTAJ in the Register of Issuers of Securities. On the registration

in the Register of Issuers of Securities, regarding the Joint Stock Company "CAHINDMONTAJ"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "CAHINDMONTAJ" (19.03.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related to it, presented in full volume on 25.03.2025,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, pts. 19 and pts. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

  1. The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "CAHINDMONTAJ" (IDNO 1003603004500, MD-3901, Cahul city, M. Sholokhov str. 1) are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities, in the amount of 167,400 MDL, in the number of 16,740 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,030 MDL, divided into 60,003 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MDI4CAHI1006.

  2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

  3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
