Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of JSC CAHINDMONTAJ
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 19/6 on April 8, 2025, to register the additional share issuance of JSC CAHINDMONTAJ in the Register of Issuers of Securities. The decision approves the registration of 16,740 ordinary nominative shares valued at 167,400 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 600,030 MDL.
